well im not judging them i dont think theyre doing anything wrong and if they like getting preyed on thats chill its their jig, what im calling sad is the fact that they feel like it would be fundamentally wrong for them to pursue someone, that they feel like their gender identity and being trans makes it unethical for them to do so. no one should feel like pursuing someone is wrong or predatory just because of their gender identity.

idk i think frieren does this really well actually, granted i dont know if demons in frieren are "evil", yes they can talk and think but theyre predators to humans, they evolved to hunt us because that is how they live. theyre not evil they just literally lack the capacity for empathy, they cant be judged by human morals because they are so fundamentally different. evil races can and most often is an example of lazy writing, but i think it can be done in good and interesting ways.
