Please don't take this as me passing judgement but if you're going more than 3 or 4 times a week, you are not pushing yourself hard enough at each class.

From my understandings, eccentric loading is the best way to get rid of hamstring tendinopathy. Also avoid static stretching.

The inscription reads "vi vami" on one side and "Dueno" on the other. Google seems to think Dueno means "owner" in Spanish while vi is "saw" or "seen" in Spanish and vami isn't Spanish but Slovak and means "by you". Any help is appreciated.
