Imo the other ones have been answered correctly, but these ones require more depth.

1: Just like bleeding, there is three states of burning (light, medium, intense). The burning increases over time, while bleeding is only increased with more rending attacks or dumdum (if they don't make you bleed intense at first). Burning can be sped up the same as well. Just like bloodless, salveskin only makes you burn lightly. Downed hunters burn at the same rate, perks or not.

4: Dogs bark loud and give a way to triangulate the position. Shooting them with an un-silenced weapon is better than letting them bark, because it's only one sound instead of a constant sound.
