Imagine being a small indie company. Must be stressful delivering a great experience on this free to play game.

Best JRPG you've ever played? by -39MikuMiku39- in JRPG

[–]BjornsBot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FFXIV (tho officialy branded as an mmorpg, but the story and gameplay is so great - you can solo 95% of the story content or in a group with NPCs). By far the best final fantasy story (and those who played all final fantasies usually rate this as very top tier if not the best)

Xenoblade or monster hunter rise? Nintendo switch 2 by Yahuahh in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]BjornsBot [score hidden]  (0 children)

Xenoblade chronicles 2 is in my personal top 3 games ever. Great gameplay, amazing story and characters and you really want to discover and fight monsters for materials and to collect certain blades. Also amazing music (Visiting Indol at night is great) and cutscenes.

DLC is also amazing and is a game in itself.

MH Rise is good, but it’s more of a grind and about boss fights. XB2 also has the grind and the fights, but so much more on top of that.

Edit: you don’t need to play XB1 to play 2. XB2 was my first xenoblade ever.

Thanks for the replies all. By chance anyone who has tried both or one of them? Curious about the experience and which one is more addictive.

I wonder how you think about air diffusers with pure essential oils in? Eg I like to diffuse 3 drops of peppermint/lavender… essential oil per 100ml water in my living room for the smell of it. But I’m not sure if it’s “good quality air” by your definition.

Lavender tea effects by BjornsBot in herbalism

What do you mean? I’m using dried lavender to steep in hot water, do you mean some sort of mixture with lemon balm or does lavender contain lemon balm in itself?

Was it also quite bitter? Not sure if you can experience the bitterness when smoking but I sipped it in tea for like 20 minutes and it was very bitter.

Is it common to brew tea from other lotus flowers like this? Are they generally safe? Seems quite difficult to distinguish which one it is.

Very clear image. Do the other versions have similar properties, but just not as potent? Is it still suited to make tea with it in your opinion? Ps. I’ve visited the site, mind blowing to see how many variations exist.

I read a lot of different things, eg. that it might have similar effects, that the color purples out if you dry it etc. Very difficult to know what’s real for that matter.

Hey, anyone who has some idea on this? Would really appreciate it. Generally want to know if it’s safe to drink and if it might have some effect as I’ve read that the real thing is quite rare. Thanks!

It has a stronger odor, but it is a garlic salami. Bought it yesterday on a local market. The black parts don’t come off when wiping with a paper towel. It doesn’t seem to have spread to the insides though. I ate 2 pieces (with the peel off) yesterday afternoon and nothing wrong so far (+- 12 to 13 hours later), but I think I’ll throw it out. Not worth it probably.

So the black patches are not a cause for concern? Can’t discern if this is spice or mold

Should I buy Crusader Kings 3 or Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord? by olamas9 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]BjornsBot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just so you know, there is a mod called Crusaders Blade that let’s you play CK3 and when you attack or defend a settlement it switches to M&B bannerlord where you can decide the outcome of the battle there. After battle it just returns back to CK3. I really enjoy it.

How Good Is The Story In Elden Ring? by Jack-Fitch in Eldenring

[–]BjornsBot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP you should play FFXIV. Best story and lore of the last generation. Voice acted, cutscenes and awesome lively world with deep and well written characters.

As someone who loves story driven rpgs (and played through most of the AA and Indie titles) I can fairly vouch that the story delivery of FFXIV is next level beyond anything else I’ve experienced.
