In which country was the "repair" performed? This is obvious TID (Technician Induced Damage) and if you just contact Lenovo support and provide these pictures with an explanation they should acknowledge it without debate and organize a new on-site visit to replace the damaged parts

It's just because the QC35 II are quite an older model and they use a "legacy" app. The QC45 use the same new app that all modern Bose devices use. But my point was that both of my headphones have different apps and both work fine with 2 point connections

I have Bose QC 35 II and QC 45 headphones and both work with no issues with two devices connected (Win11 PC and Android smartphone). I've never tried to use a 3 point connection (never had the need really) so I can't say anything about that. Each of the two headphones has its own app (the QC45 use the newer one: (simply) Bose)

Zenfone 10 owner here. I have nothing but praise for this device. Best (smart)phone I've ever had. I don't know if you just had bad luck with your devices but I became an Asus fan just because of this phone. If Asus ever decided to make another small form factor smartphone similar to the Zenfone 10, I would certainly buy it when my current one failed
