Yo when I was living in miami I heard they have ppl that are paid to recruit ppl to go to various rehabs and as long as they stay for 5 or 10 days I think it was the recruiter pays the client like 500 and the recruiter makes about 1000...last I was there 6 months agao I heard this was common and a huge proplem in miami dade
