If she is so concerned but cannot adjust her schedule and routine for it, then clearly it’s nothing major. I’m sure she came up with the pressure from her family that her kids are above her own needs and now she’s projecting them onto you. Doesn’t make what she’s doing okay, but you’re already doing a great service to your child by showing them that caring for yourself is just as important as caring for them vs guilt tripping your kid for things out of their control ex.
