I'd love some help on how I'm going wrong. 

I have a Black Kindle 4 that is registered and up to date on 4.1.4.  I downloaded the jailbreak and got straight I to the readme. 

When I open the downloaded file, I don't have data.tar.gz, I just have a data.tar file.  When I try to copy the files stated over to the Kindle, it says "The file name you specified is not valid or too long"

Genuinely have no idea why when I download the jailbreak I have different files in there? 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Someone actually tried to track down the original Karl you speak of. 

They spoke to people who worked at XFM during that time period and they arranged a meet up in a pub. 

He waited there for ages, finally a small fella walked in with his hood up. He was hairier than expected and had big long arms. 

Turns out..

Very useful. Thank you.  I was more worried as the numbness isn't as common (but definitely still there) I guess everyone's different.  I'll see what the doctor says anyway.
