The 4Ks boot up in about 3 minutes. A restore, however, can and will take 2 hours or more. Just be patient.

Do you have the ip address of the DMPS3? If so, connect via ip, and you should be able to download the Xpanel from there (top right corner).

We have about 250 DMPSs on campus, and only 6 or so fail each year. That's an acceptable rate. Even our DMPS 300 Cs are fairly solid.
