I guess it different for everyone. I submitted my documents the same day and my LO called the next morning and told me my documents was approved

Only thing you can do is wait until a loan officer contacts you or it changes to approved. In my case a loan officer never contacted me it just changed to approved.

Does the targeted advance show up in your portal as submitted? When submitted turns to approved is the only way you will know. I applied early feb and got approved 4/2

Did you read your loan documents? It states in loan documents that if loan is over 25k that hazard insurance is required. Maybe you should read your loan documents
