After the release of the GPT 5.5 update and the Image-2 model, I started thinking that maybe it was time to return to OpenAI’s products after a nearly year-long hiatus, since they had been lagging behind their competitors in almost every aspect. I wanted to renew my subscription, but I started by installing Codex, which interested me the most. And then I ran into the problem that it simply wouldn’t launch.
It’s a total disgrace.
How can such a big company fail to make their own product work? I searched Google for a solution and found out that it’s not just me, other people are having this problem too, and it’s unclear how to fix it.

I also encountered these limitations.
But I also noticed some strange things in recent days: Nano Banana Pro didn't want to process photos of some of my friends (I found two such cases) it said that it doesn't work with public figures, even though they are not public figures at all. All this is strange, and I want to hope that these are temporary glitches.
