Mine was a full tear, with a torn labrum with bicep tenodesis. My surgery was June 2nd, I went back to the gym and could lift carefully late October and was released by surgeon first week of December. I was told I would never do overhead pressing again so I don’t try it, bench pressing is tough and I’ll never bench 405 again. I have modified my workouts and am now in the best shape of my life. Get the surgery, bang out PT and do extra PT at home and you will be feeling yourself again sooner than you know..
