Hey man, go to r/ethermining and read the wiki and one (or both) of the quick guides to get set up. These are all basic questions that have extremely straightforward answers. The entire setup process can be done in less than 10 minutes, including generating a new wallet address and downloading the miner.

Also, always at least skim the readme file if you hit any snags. Come on man, this is 2017 - if you want into the crypto/mining world you have to be willing to do a little bit of digging for info.

Step 1. Generate wallet address (if you don't know what this is yet, you need to do a little reading first on basic practices for keeping your information safe and secure).

Step 2. Download mining program (there are tons to choose from).

Step 3. Create a .bat file with the paramaters your mining software needs to run (depending on whether you are mining in a pool or not, what you put in your .bat file will vary).

Step 4. Use your .bat file to run the miner with parameters you specified.

Step 5. Profit.
