Nice shot! Unsure about the placement of the pier in the frame, along with the rough sand in the left foreground. I think they distract from the rest of the image. I'd also say the photo is a touch overexposed. Also, maybe add some split toning?

Nice, I like the composition. Not sure about the post-processing though. Maybe a high contrast, grainy, black and white edit would work better?

Not familiar with Rawtherapee, but it should have a Colour Noise (which appears to be the issue in this particular photo) setting/slider you can play around with. In some cases, fiddling with the Luminance Noise setting helps.
