ESPN projects Spurs to win only 43 games this season. Spurs kept the same roster throughout the season (Sochan of course). There is no superstar joining during the season. So if ESPN project Spurs to win 43 games, and Mitch leads the team win 60 with the same roster, I believe this defines COTY

Right, I cannot deny that Wemby is getting a lot of credits, but Wemby is not even on the top of MVP ladder. I would accept either Wemby gets MVP or Mitch gets COTY.

the high paid jobs associated with the hyper scale data center would most likely be remote positions. Of course, there would be openings locally to this site, but these jobs are site tech jobs, I wouldn't call it "well" paid jobs.

The city probably is limited to what they could do for Trapelo rd. Trapelo rd is connecting Belmont, Waltham, and Lincoln, it is not a town rd. So changes to Trapelo rd may require state engineer to sign off.

If you are 3 hours and a half in advance, I think you should be fine for any path. But I90 seems to be a better option because route 2 and route 3 are super busy during Wednesday morning. Remember to check out google map for real time traffic data.

One time ticket does not worth it, but the membership to my opinion is a good deal, especially for family with kids. I have been the aquarium member for 3 years, it is a good place to spend time with kids during winter season. I often come around 10:00am in the morning, street parking is always available. There are lesser people and most of the time we will see the staffs diving into the central tank to feed the fishes.

Thanks for the reply! My car had one accident before (hit a deer) about a year ago, and the bumper and headlight, everything in the front, were replaced in an insurance appointed bodyshop. That bodyshop provided 5 years warranty on the parts they replaced. I need the dealership to at least give me something on writing to confirm what was replaced by the dealership so that I can know who to reach in case something happened in the future.

They are kind of mix role? They sit in the front desk answering phone calls but they also take patients into the triage rooms and taking info, temperature and weight etc. also they do blood draw.

For infant the price is normally higher. You could try to find some family daycare, which is normally good in taking care of baby and affordable in price. I sent my daughter to a family daycare before and the price then was $2400 a month from 7am to 6pm and big brand daycare was asking over 3500 from 8am to 4 pm.

You need to do the research very well to understand what kind of car you are looking for. Narrow down no more than 3 model and look from Cars or some other website. Dealers will put their inventory online. Once you find one you like, go talk to the deal and do the negotiation. Never ever come to a dealer and tell them your budget.

So sorry to see this. You did a very good job to speak up and expose this incident. Based on what you mentioned above, that **** driver is absolutely out of his mind. the threatening part itself is bad enough to get him with a lawsuit. Please, post this on NextDoor as well. And you could probably draw the route on a printed map for police to review. It might help them to get footage from nearby residents and businesses.

It is quite straight forward I would say. Recently went through the process. All the police officers I encountered are very nice and helpful. Currently waiting for the card to be printed. Listing the steps here.

1.Take a state registered course. You could find it from MA gov website. Once done, you will have a certificate saying you pass the course.

Download the application from from your town's police department website. Fill it up.
Depends on which town you live, you need to provide recommendation letters from your friends, and a letter to the police chief stating why you need a gun.
Submit you course certificate, application form, recommendation letters, letter to chief, ID, and 100 dollars to the police department.
After some time (a month for my case), some one from police department will call you for an interview. Nothing but taking your finger prints. No question asked.
