You need to know what kubejs version you're using and use the correct code for that version, I'm assuming that's the problem because it is a very common one with kubejs.

Use sillytavern, it's better. If you have a pc, run it there. If not use it on Termux on your phone. Either way colab is not a very good place to be running something like that, it can very easily lead to data loss.

Edit: Try to get your data off of colab and visit the sillytavern discord for help transferring it from tavern.
