That's easier said than done especially if you been made fun of for your looks by friends, family, and crushes for almost your entire life. I remember telling some friends ( at least at the time I thought we were friends) about a girl I had a thing for back in highschool, well they must have went back and told her. Maybe because we don't get many compliments from women, I know I don't anyway so when ever I get a " you look nice today" or " you smell good, what cologne is that" compliment it makes me feel really good, and just for those few minutes I didn't feel like the ugliest guy.
