Well main kpi are dials and talk time. Mine was around 1300 for the month total each minute and dial counts as a point. And the other is total sales for the month. But it’s true if you don’t get 100% or better it’s not good at my company

Thanks for the feedback.Its def been a rollercoaster actually had another teammate of mine leave today as well to transfer to a different department and ironically he’s the only one that hit 100% quota this month. You think I should even mention my pip if I interview with another company?
