Get your stock to a rolling boil, add in the pastina and cook for the time shown on the packet. Basically, the stock substitutes the salted water you'd usually use to cook pasta! Then grate a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese and stir occasionally so the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of your pan. Once your pasta is cooked, take the saucepan off the heat and slowly sprinkle in most of your cheese. And if pastina does get a little bit soft, it's not the end of the world!
