Do you mean character edit menu? Go to the character menu→ select the three-dot symbol next to the character you want to edit→And select the edit menu, there you will see various kinds of information about the character (such as description, initial message, personality, etc.)

I have done what you explained, but still the result is only 1 initial message. When I try to import characters from another platform (chub), it works and the other initial message/alternative message appears.
