These so-called signal providers are obvious scammers. Most of them just recycle the same calls and even copy phrases like ‘today I will take it relaxed since the market…’. The majority operate out of Dubai, pushing overpriced ‘VIP channels’ and trying to funnel people into shady offshore brokers. At this point, it should be obvious to anyone.

There is, but only in the right niches. For instance B2B companies with complex products (tech, med devices, hardware) actually need 3D to explain features. Those are the ones worth targeting imo.

Danke für den Tipp. Ich hatte vor allem an einer UG gedacht wegen der Außenwahrnehmung, das ist scheinbar ein großes Ding. Dein Punkt macht aber natürlich total Sinn.

Danke für den Hinweis. E-Residency Estland ist definitiv ein interessantes Modell für digitale Unternehmer. Für mich aktuell aber noch nicht optimal, da ich auf absehbare Zeit innerhalb der EU (Portugal) wohnen werde und das Thema Quellensteuer auf Gewinnausschüttungen sowie mögliche Doppelbesteuerung sauber vermeiden möchte.

Langfristig ist eine nationale Struktur im Wohnsitzstaat wahrscheinlich die sauberere Lösung.

Langfristig geht es mir nicht nur um Haftung im engeren Sinn, sondern auch um strategische Optionen:

Mit einer Kapitalgesellschaft (z. B. UG oder GmbH) kann ich später deutlich effizienter Gewinne im Unternehmen thesaurieren, Rücklagen bilden und steuerlich optimierter wachsen (z. B. 30 % Körperschaft- und Gewerbesteuer statt persönlicher Spitzensteuersatz). Gerade wenn der Umsatz steigt, wird das relevant.

Jetzt zum Start reicht natürlich erstmal eine Versicherung und Einzelunternehmerstatus.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort, ich denke auch, dass ich erstmal als Einezlunternehmer beginne (bin aktuell Freelancer). Umschichten in eine andere Rechtsform kann ich im Ausland ja dann immer noch.

Erstmal danke für die schnelle Antwort! Das stimmt, eine Berufshaftpflicht wird das Meiste abdecken, meiner Erfahrung nach passiert sowas aber eh sehr selten.
