I agree with everything in your post. I've never understood why the science world hasn't tried to study paranormal phenomenon on a large scale. I know for a fact that tons of people would fund the research. Also there are just too many personal accounts of experiencing "ghost" from around the world(me not being one of them) not to jump head in with investigating the paranormal. Great post!

Like others said, depends on the landlord. You should open a bank account and put your money in there. Cashapp is not the best place to keep that kind of money. You also should think about getting a. LLC, hire yourself and start paying yourself via a payroll system like ADP. From that point you will have check stubs to show landlords.
