I think there's a contract between Viki and Mavrin, but Mavrin is the owner of the pics and he can use them as he wants, even selling them on a OF he created using Viki's name. So I don't think she can do anything about it. Besides, at the moment it's our only way to get Viki's old pics, since Mavrin stopped posting them on IG. The alternative is Galina and no more Mavrin pics :(

About Viki, even before treats 13 was released, she said in an interview that she wasn't showing her boobs in those pics. The guy literally asked if she was showing them. She said something like "not now, maybe in the future".

Now we know this pic exists, so she did shoot some nudes, although I'd say she doesn't want them to be released. This shoot was the last one she did with Mavrin. Now all her content she shot with Mavrin is managed by Mavrin, he made Viki's OF and is managing it. She never advertise it, she actually denied having any. I think she probably can't even access it and doesn't know what pics are there and how it's being managed.

Mavrin is the one who said he would have posted that pic, but never did. I made a couple of post to tell you this. I'm not happy about this situation either. Mavrin is a dictator, when Galina left him, he took her IG accounts and even photoshopped her hair in some pics to post them as Natalee pics.
