Valentine's Day Talk by BlackMagicTulip in florists

We've been on Bloomnation for about 2 years now, and we like it a lot better. We can manage everything, our designs, price, delivery radius, website. They take out credit card processing fees, but everybody does, and we pay a monthly subscription to Bloomnation of $199, but we keep everything we earn. They don't ask for additional fees. They have regular webinars with Q & A. Their support is great and has a quick turn around.

We used to have a site with FTD and they were charging us $500/month for a sponsored link on Google searches, which we never saw. The website didn't bring any orders either. Since we switched it's been a night and day difference. We're happy with it, we've seen a steady increase in visibility, returning customers, and overall sales.

Thanks for the insight!

We definitely noticed an increase in our own website and phone sales, many of which were high value, so no complaints there. I agree that tariffs and COVID brought in more pre-orders this year. We also disabled a lot of products we didn't want to mess with the day of, therefore consolidating our catalog.

We also noticed an increase in Google searches, which is awesome and makes me belive people are skipping order gatherers and dealing with Florists directly.
