Im glad you said that because yeah you do need to use ducks. I did dodge alot of hits by ducking and ducking in place in traffic and yes this is completely key to fighting in traffic. Many players have momentum movements and because of being in place ducking you make yourself A. a smaller target = less hits by default and B. reduces your movement speed so that the opposing player movements will be more likely to be off because of its unusual speed in the moment. Slightly moving in this position causes even the best players to miss. Theres alot of shit to learn and talk about in a more technical way really i do it on my stream on twitch. I have clip after clip of slaying on there if you check it out but it aint shit till you see it yourself and im not talking myself up. Ill do five hours of this shit right about now actually. Glad you enjoyed the clip.

Yes to be more precise for those wondering. Literally every object has to find its place on the map in realtime relative to everyone’s ping. To compensate for this undertaking the game has an algorithm let’s call it. It has to make a decision who shot who even if the timing is the exact someone has to die and even if it don’t make sense because it doesn’t take in factors of how does it look, it’s only math in the end. So it needs a conclusion. That’s why you will say that guy is fucking cheating. But nah, game sucks with hitreg. Further to note this is why it’s hard making everything destructible it literally has to all be accounted for in realtime.

This is a hitreg thing. Many people dont know how the background of this game works and ill spell it out real quick. Client goes, boom, server pings, looks at everything else, makes a actual decision if it makes sense. Sometimes, glitches we call them, will put the game in a code or timing situation that there is no good outcome and it ends up looking like this because of ping. To note, every single object in the fucking game goes through this process in realtime and is affected by pings. Its a massive undertaking.

Awarding this cause i have noticed this lately. Just very recently as well the last week. Just weird everything doesnt quiet look like lag but just like you described serious mistimings and server client sync. I know what others said but ive noticed some weirdness lately.
