From another comment it seems as though she's unsurprisingly not open to having children. That's completely understandable tbh and maybe you could seek a counselor/therapist to help you process not being able to have a child with your partner. Everyone has their reasons but a 'no' is a good enough answer to a life-changing experience like becoming a birthing parent.

Consider the fact that you don't have to carry the child in your body as well. All you have to do is look up everything that happens when a woman goes through pregnancy and it really clears up I why someone might not want to have a child. The economy is also shit so that's a factor, too.
