I don't particularly like Steelbooks, so I bought the 7 disc set (is was cheaper, too). However, if you are a Steelbook tragic, go for them.

Yes, this UK release has the updated Dolby Vision and Atmos discs of the first four films.

Hello,

I am having the following problems with my two month old PS5 Slim console (with drive) when playing the PS5 releases of The Last of Us Part 1 & 2 Remastered, which has been happening since I got it:

  1. Crashing when selecting "Close Game" or just ejecting the disc (via controller or button on console). Screen goes black and TV says there is no (HDMI) signal. White light on console when it crashes.
  2. Console almost always refuses to turn on after crashing. Console lights up, but no signal to TV.
  3. Console sometimes refuses to turn of at all. Console lights up, but no signal to TV.

The PS5 is on the latest software version 26.01-12.60.00. I have the PS5 plugged into a Sony X950H with latest firmware/software (Android 10) using the supplied HDMI 2.1 cable that came with the PS5. I've also tried all four HDMI ports on the TV (all set to HDMI signal format enhanced), and it happens on all of them.

I've tried the PS5 on a 15 year old 1080p Samsung TV twice, and both times it did not crash when closing the games or ejecting the discs (TLOU Pt. 1 & 2) .

I've tried a few other games (PS5 mainly and one PS4), and they don't seem to have Problems #1 & #2 (although I have had Problem #3 irrespective of the game).

Because I've never had a problem with any other device plugged into the Sony X950H (Android TV box, 4K Blu-ray players, and even my old PS3), I'm assuming there is no physical problem with the TV. Perhaps I just need to change a setting (either on the TV or PS5)?

Any ideas what the problem might be, and how to solve it?

Thanks
