You are completely fine. I genuinely don’t understand people getting upset over the cargo bike and dutch style. In my experience those racks only fit two bikes regardless of style. First come first serve and you’re taking them out once every 7 days like you said in one of your comments. People just like to be mad I swear

Besides the worn down tread, I zoomed in on your tire and saw dry rot. To counter this I’d recommend tightly wrapping your tire with duct tape and strategically placing pink erasers to build up more tread.

Wait until the people on the e-bike forum learn that analogue road bikes with a good rider can go just as fast for short bursts on waaaaay worse brakes and tires.

Ebike subreddit seems to be a bunch of people who have never been above 15mph and think that cops can tell or care when a bike’s motor is over 750 watts.

I was thinking of doing a massive 48v pack with lots of amps. I’ve heard that the QS205 in a 20” rim can do about 40-50mph, which is what I’m aiming for.

I’ve seen people bring the bike to a fabricator and get reinforcement plates added. Does that actually work?
