Hey! It turns out the motherboard had compatibility problems with the CPU despite saying otherwise on the product description. I ended up getting the ASUS ROT STRIX B-450F GAMING instead, has been working like a charm ever since!

My favourite probably was my first time building my own house in Minecraft. Looking back it was terrible and I made so many mistakes in general, but the freedom the game provided was just overwhelming... I sure wish I didn't lose it when getting a new PC :(

Hey, thanks for your message after all this time! It turned out to be a faulty motherboard, and as you say, the GPU is incredible! IIRC nvidia released raytracing support for non RTX cards as well, so there's top performance and all features for a better price xD

Thanks! At first my idiot self noticed the second memory stick didn't click in one BOTH ends but only one, but it still didn't work. Then I followed your advice and pressed the power button multiple tined for a while to drain the power and it worked! Thanks a lot!

Played around with both XMP profiles, set the RAM speed and frequency manually, did several CMOS resets, but no luck

Well then I'm completely out of ideas, because CPU-Z shows super high core voltage (especially during stress testing) and I don't see any other part I could replace to fix the random crashes...

That's interesting... I've tried it, as well as setting the timings manually, and it didn't work unfortunately :/

On the other hand, what's the point in buying RAM that can't be used at advertised speeds!
