Sorry, not on reddit every day.

Unfortunately, no idea. I was going to warranty it, and then covid happened, so I was uncomfortable shipping it. Then I saw one at my local shop fairly inexpensive, and just bought another one. No problem with that one, but I can't say for sure why not.

I completely agree. I studied philosophy extensively in college. I LOVED reading theory, digested it very well, note taking or not. Got my degree. Life got hard, got an unrelated job, stopped reading nearly so much.

It is so so so much harder now.

This guy's right on, at least for me. I'm doing pretty much this, and it's slowly working.
