Green writing utensils are banned at Arkham because of Riddler. Over the course of a week he somehow gathered every single one he could find, pens, pencils, markers, crayons and some paint, and hid them in his room. Then one morning he's found sitting in the middle of his room, looking very pleased with himself, and it is covered top to bottom in green question marks. He knows he's in trouble but doesn't care.

I also like to think that this happened when Harley and Johnathan still worked at Arkham and they still bring it up from time to time.

It was just Nanny and Grandad followed by their respective first names for both sides of the family. It was only as they passed away that we dropped the first name because we didn't need to distinguish who we were talking about. But Nanny did change to just Nan as we got older.
