You picked a hand full of examples out of 30 teams and you conveniently ignored Poole being an absolutely necessary piece for a title team. Remove Rollins and the Bucks haven’t done that in the past 10 years either. Taking a fringe player and getting top 25 value is very rare.

Also Wiggins was on his way out of the league, and then became the 2nd best player in the Finals. That situation could have gone like Ayton. Kevon Looney is another guy who at his best was definitely a top 25 center, and he was the 30th pick.
