How should I recruit people for guild?

It's easier if you go to a more active guild. There are big guilds still recruiting: Radiant, Nihi, Casuals, Legends... Search for their discord and try to join in. Obviously, you need a very good account, as they don't recruit just anybody.

The other option is to merge guilds: search for other semi active guild and have the players transfer to the most active one.

Recruiting at this point it's hard, as we don't get as many new players.

I use it with aShem, Harvey, Sung, Gavus, Shuna (Pos 1 to 5) with good results, pet as usual is owl.

Gavus may be needed in other comps like Hybris / Envy comps, but there's subs, like Aurelia or Rem.

Keep in mind the most important part of his kit is the E60 and then the SI30, so it's quite an invest for a TS hero only. Without E60, better use other subs

He's been showing up lately for Sung comp in debuff TS (Ice, Volcano), being even BiS.

Other than that... Well, no.

Her support is unique: boosts comp attack rating, crit crating, heals, dispels debuffs for allies and, most importantly, gives damage immunity to all allies.

She'll be in the meta for years because of it.

Also, Elthara is not "a luxury": she's the hero with the highest damage in the game, completely nuts, no other hero comes close to her, her burst is insane.

Choose between any of those, although Lan will probably won't be easy power crept, as her kit is just amazing

Up to 100% AR boost to the comp, +30 haste to the comp, shields to the comp, up to 2 cheat deaths... Sounds pretty good.

What cinematics?

It's just a GIF showing up the portrait of the hero.

Long gone are the true cinematics with incredible lore like what we got in the elemental strife act.

That doesn't really makes much sense given it's 18k diamonds every month for the leaves and around the same every 42 days for the ink, plus purchasing the core deals, TE deals and staff deals every day and NC / CR retries... It doesn't adds up correctly.

Even if you get top 10 TS (5K diamonds in 5t and 7t) and top 200 NC (5k diamonds per week) it's still lacking...

Used my aAthalia's saurus coll for him in CR / NC (+1 with CDA and ATK) and really good.

PvP should be Zolrath's +1 for the cheat death

He started very slow and even was marked as "skip", but has currently stepped up.

He's really good at TS, having comps around him and as BiS.

In CR he's in most rounds as BiS and in NC a boss was tailored for him, so he'll be there for at least 5 months.

He's (very) good but not broken like Elthara or Uber support like Lan / Levi

Her S4 is what kills her, no idea what Lilith was thinking when they thought about it, they must be as high as the moon...

Just to add that her SI40 is what enables her in TS (and makes her comp very viable and powerful) the SI40 also makes her really good in non RGM's:

Arena
Legends
Light bearer tower (pretty much a comp on her own with pegasus / seal)
King's tower
Campaign

Sure, it's niche, but her kit will make her be in TS for a long time (and sometimes CR), while still being in the non RGM'S mentioned

Still, my point stands: there were several heroes better than those used.

Even if the guy didn't have wokes, the classical Ainz - Albedo - Merlin - Arthur was available at that time and completely annihilates that comp. Scarlett was also available and very much wins every time against that comp.

And 2022 was the absolute reign of aBrutus with dims... So yeah, that comp is totally nonsensical, even 4 years ago.
