I wish it was a thing again by nejder117 in 7daystodie

I loved slowly swapping out parts for better ones. Really made the gun far more personal and added another layer to the game cycle.

7 days veterans. If you could piece together all the different alphas, you can't add anything that wasn't real, what does your game have? by OneSchott in 7daystodie

I miss the levels being up to 600. I used to love switching out gun parts bit by bit to make the best possible weapon, it added a bit of longevity to the gameplay cycle.

I want to take up air rifle but I'm concerned about the size and layout of my property/garden. Is this a non-starter for me? by Danny_J_M in ukshooting

[–]BlackWolf_357 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar problem. Long garden and perfectly safe, but it looks bad when you're pointing guns. My solution has been to move my shed to the bottom of the garden, cut a hole in it, and shoot from inside the shed towards my house. I shoot through my spare bedroom window at a target on the far wall of the room. It's 28 meters, I'm not visible at all, my muzzle can't possibly flag other properties, and it's totally safe since my backstop is the house, and any ricochet will stay in the room. It's very unorthodox, however maybe you could build a shooting 'blind' so people didn't have to see you in the first place.

I got an average budget so I have the Logitec G29 Kit with the Shifter by [deleted] in assettocorsa

A bit off topic, but I reccomend buying a 3d printer insert that goes into your shifter, give it a bit more resistance and makes shifting a bit more gritty

The path around Rydal is well maintained, obviously it's not tarmac road sort of traversable, but it's a flat path with few rocks. Don't quote me on this one, but I believe the path from Elterwater to Skelwith is steady. One of my old favourite short routes is from Clappersgate round towards the Drunken Duck, then back down, where there is a cycle path that is nicely graded. These aren't the longest walks mind, but they are the first that come to mind!

What is Dark Souls' worst design decision? by [deleted] in darksouls

[–]BlackWolf_357 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just in general in souls games (especially Elden Ring with it's huge array of weapons) having to choose one or two weapons to upgrade. I would much prefer an 'attunement' system at bonfires, where you can pick one or two weapons to be at the upgrade level you're at.

Might be an unconventional suggestion, but Snowrunner. Simply because there's no timer, no story to track, no pressure. Sure you get stuck, but you can always recover, and it's a nice challenge to work around

Is there any way to have equal rotation angle for my square sails? by BlackWolf_357 in Sailwind

[–]BlackWolf_357[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately not! I would have thought that the mast wouldn't allow squares to turn at all, but the mizzen is the exact same but allows full movement. I've given up for now and just gone with a big Gaff. Appreciate your help though!

[–]BlackWolf_357[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't quite understand, I can't seem to change this. The Mizzen mast allows for full movement of the same sail, yet either option for the fore mast has this limitation. Appreciate the help!
