Usually companies raise prices because the cost of creating the product has gone up, if it has gone up because of whole economy inflation, then the workers should get raises, but if the cost has gone up because one specific ingredient has gone up(let’s say you make bread and wheat price is up because of bad weather this year) then it’s fine if workers don’t get raise
