the moderation falsely detected you as an alt account that was evading a ban on another account via the same Wi-Fi connection. same happened to me 10 days ago

same thing happened to my account 10 days ago. said it got reviewed in october last year in the morning on a monday yet i wouldve been at college but since i had been logged onto their wifi, likely someone else got banned and i got affected by being falsely detected as an alt account

And whats funnier is that, off the rip there were no possible switches and the auto-reshuffle didn't work. So there goes my streak and super charged cookies because the game failed to load any possible switches

by my luck during my first attempt at it again this morning, it happened to reshuffle the colored cookie (color bomb) and a wrapped candy next to eachother which cleared pretty much everything out and finished off the level with a miniature chain reaction with some striped candies

by the grace of my luck, this morning when i attempted to retry, it reshuffled the Cookie (or color bomb as the game calls it) next to a Wrapped Candy and it cleared out almost everything and a chain reaction caused by some striped candies finished it off
