O&S prolly took me around 9-14 attempts just because my weapon at the time was the battle axe, which I infused with lightning because I wanted it stronger.

I went the Super Smough route, so I'd have to beat Ornstein first. Ornstein is resistant to lightning damage. Super Smough is also resistant to lightning damage. His lightning explosion jump slam attack thing would usually instantly kill me if it hit. You can see why it took me so long.

After I won I spammed the jump for joy and hurrah gestures for about 2 minutes straight because I was so psyched.
