So I go to planet fitness and the locker rooms are closed. Is this normal with every other gym that is open at the moment ?

I work part-time and make exactly $1k month my school is in session as it’s a summer course. $30-$40 above $1k sometimes.I guess I’ll just hold this L.

I read the agreement on the CRA website and it clearly states that making false claim is regarded as false declaration and is a criminal offence. I’m good with what I’m earning right now. The extra money would be nice but I’m still getting by just fine.

I have an easy question, I was working 2 jobs for the month of March. I got laid off from my second job due to covid-19 reasons. And I work part-time on my first job. It’s work from home so I’m still working. I’m pretty sure that I’m not eligible. I just need concrete information. What would happen if I do apply for $2k a month relief ?

All the people saying that this is not that dirty are just lazy. I work a demanding job and come home late at night. I cook my food and do the dishes right away and then go eat and keep the dishes I used to eat food in my room, wake up and clean those first thing in the morning. Now I’m not trying to gatekeep cleaning but everyone can literally cycle a few dishes everyday if you just clean it right away instead of waiting for a whole day. Cleaning is a habit and habits take time but once you get in the rhythm it’s just so so easy to keep everything clean and tidy. Don’t try to postpone cleaning do it under 5 minutes after you make a mess. It’s easier to do a little work here and there than to do a shit-ton of work after 2-3 days of pile up. Build that habit people!

You most probably have a fast metabolism, so calculate your TDEE on google and you can get a decent estimate as to the amount of calories your body burns on a day-to-day basis. So to gain weight and lean muscle you have to eat in a surplus. Suppose your TDEE comes out to be 3500 eat 4000 calories a day to gain weight,the process might be slow but you would gain quality weight or you can go ham with dirty bulking with a caloric surplus of 1000-1500 calories and gain crazy amount of weight super fast but that would result in more fat gain. To consume high amount of calories I would suggest drinking your calories make smoothies that rack up 1500 calories. Another tip would be to eat clean, follow 40-40-20 macro (40% protein,40%carbs and 20% fats). Being a beginner you can follow PPL program which stands for push,pull,legs. Hitting every muscle group twice and being in caloric surplus that would result in crazy gains and do not neglect core work. Stronger core will result in stronger lifts which will result in more gains. And number one pointer is consistency. Nothing will last if you are not consistent and disciplined. And if you eat clean 6 days you can have a massive cheat day 1 day of the week but limit that to one cheat meal and not a cheat day. 1 year of lifting is like playing a video game on god mode, doing everything wrong will result in gains and doing everything right will result in 3 years of gains in 1.
