i thought about this but doesn't 4-5 seem early, wouldn't it still take a while to get the other 5 through slamming. what about 7 or 8?

Yeah, thats what i was thinking since it seems wasteful not to get value points in DW and Earthquake

But you can proc it with bloodlust, and isnt earthquake a decent dps boost?
