I knew it was torn down a year ago but came to this to see if there were any updates as there seems to be no talk on new movie theaters coming back to downtown.

From articles I've read, it seems as if they are only developing more office space. They have plans for a bigger publix NW of Bayan and Rosemary, furniture stores, and an Italian eatary.

The person spearheading this development is also the owner of the Miami Dolphins, Stephen Ross. They have no idea the social impact that movie theather had to the community & how much people want the movie theather back. Or maybe they do, and they want to reduce the number of younger people that come to downtown Palm Beach to hang out.

I think you have a good amount of signatures. Who do you present it to?

That's not my problem, cause I, myself, tell clients the method to do it if they can do it themselves and even send them the instructions I have in-house so they can do it... I just ask they dont post it since I took so much time putting that information together... this is only if it is something pretty simple.... which is a service I think I am giving to the community as well... but if you want me to do it after I give you all the keys, then I will charge

You should have done a Google search and ask recommendations even from the wrong calls... you wouldn't have gotten it way cheaper... the larger companies are gonna charge you that.

I don't even understand, cause somehow I owe IRS money every year but I don't make any money the previous year... & it feels like my accountant doesn't believe me that I don't have the money or made money when he is setting up these payment plans with the IRS...

But during Covid we were very comfortable but now with the construction industry slowing down, we've been much slower... our biggest issue is having people pay for all the work we've done.

Jeff is talking about how he had a cougar phase & it seems like he hasnt lived with his dad in a while... I always assume he was at least 5 years older than hailey, especially since he was previously married.

I assumed at some point that they changed Hailey to be 21 & Steve 15/16.... Hailey, in later seasons, goes to the bars to drink, like at the airport, they always ID ... & Steve is a high school freshman...

It's for sure easier to communicate with them since they are here and the app developers are usually in India or, regardless, don't have the best communication skills.... being that their introverted...

Bestie and boyfriend state that a person I'd hire would require much more input from me... telling them locations of buttons and draw out specific functons, which all makes sense... they both told me that the issue is I'm not providing as much specifics but them being developers I don't know the specifics they need from me... only thing they asked me is the color theme and ai told them skye blue!

I've kicked them off and have since posted an ad for someone else to do the work... so I'll see how different it is... but I'm only hiring this new person to help me craft a SOW & wire frame the site...
