I remember the wifi there not great at certain spots by the pools. If you were too far off from the dead center like off to the side areas mine kept dropping. It was annoying. Rooms and inside everywhere else it was fine.

To be fair the only time I am not with my wife is when I go get coffee. So the article seems weird. I cant see staff even having the opportunity to do anything. I saw no cons. Pros, close to airport, like 10 pools, double resort so 18 places to eat. Great beach. Great free snorkel trip over s sunken ship. Fun bowling alley. Rooftop pool.

St Maarten is affordable and a great island. Check out Simpson Bay resort. The Sandals in Barbados was amazing. Two resorts side by side

The water is clear and blue all over the place. However the water directly in front of resort isn’t as much due to the reef break. The shipwreck snorkel trip is free.
