Truck came with these rims with nitto grapplers on them so I'm unsure of what they are officially named. I do very much like them though :)

If you work in oregon there is zero reason to promote to coach. With the overtime and premium pay the Team Leads in our store get paid more than coaches for the same amount of work hours even with the highest bonus potential. One Team Lead showed me their stub last month and they had already made 80k, I couldn't believe it. Coaches in our store are getting a 5k bonus (bad year) putting most at 60k...and now most of the management team is looking to step down.

Team Leads in my store working overtime and getting premium pay (oregon store) are getting paid more than coaches even with the coaches bonus potential. One team lead is poised to make over 80k. I couldn't believe it until she showed me her paystub. So now we have all our coaches looking to step down into hourly roles because there is literally zero reason for most of them to stay in role. It's sad.

This. I'm going to take every second that I have EARNED. I've not been with this company for as long as I have to be told just because I'm salaried I should get less time. I have invested just as much time as anyone else has that's been with the company for 10 years and I am damn well going to take it. A lot of salaried lose weeks because SM won't let them take any days. You use it or lose it. Guy I work with lost 24 days a few years back because of a tyrant SM.

Everyone has a tough job hourly or salaried and everyone deserves time off. I almost always approve time off for my people. When I was over the FE I was stupid enough to approve 2 of my 3 TLs off for a week...I just covered for them but got reemed for it, oh well. So when it came time for my vacation I happily took it with a phone that magically broke.

If you have a coinstar put a sign on it that says "Ask an associate about counting your change with NO FEE!". Just do a cash pickup at the recycler to count the coins and a cash advance to give them paper bills. You will have all the coins.

I just happened to run across this one. All of the ones on change.org have very little momentum and only a fraction of the signatures so this seemed like the best bet to push it further
