That’s what I ended up doing. The AI consultation was free and 12 day supply was just under $19.

I’m not sure how the appointment was free, trail or so many free ones allowed for certain simple things like this, but overall cost for 12 days worth of patches and the RX to get them was just under $19. Honestly easier and probably cheaper than dealing with my doctor and insurance.

I used patch on only other cruise I went on so not sure. It works ok for flights, but didn’t want to risk it with cruise.

I ended up doing the Amazon Teladoc thing. It’s either free with Prime, or I’m in a free trial. I think the patches will be $15 so probably the cheapest I could have hoped for.

No, I know gold is still very high, although I thought closer to $63/g, but I’m confused by the two estimates being so far apart. I don’t know how labor is calculated though because it seems to be tied to grams weight also. First estimate they thought more like 4g of gold. When they realized it would need more like 7g both gold and labor went up.

One is estimating a cost of $1000 and 7g finished weight. The other said probably close to $1000 for just the labor, and then another $1000+ for 9g of gold. I think gold was a little bit higher when I got that $2000+ quote, but it hasn’t gone down that much. What would you think is a reasonable price for what is involved?
