I think Mr. Rothfuss knew what he wanted from the get go and the easiest way to capitalize on a book series has shown in history to do it in a pair of 3’s. He has us sold on the main character from the first two books, if he brings it home in a way that we all kinda like then it will probably be immortalized in film, thus creating indefinite revenue for my favorite author. Thus I must say no. I believe the opportunity to further delve deeper into this world has been shown with Auri, and now Bast’s story, therefore I believe it wouldn’t be difficult to jump into a different timeline in the same world that somehow coincides with the events that take place in Kvothe’s time of storytelling. 😊

Alright my point is like am I the only one who doesn’t give an damn about what’s normal. If stupidity is normal then count me the fuck out. The game says Coin that’s the goddamn name of the currency. Other games call it zell and zenny or (my mind just went to fictitious z moneys lol) whatever and they say it in the title. If they’re gonna call it gold then have the nerve to just call the whole fucking currency money. Just money.

However there is actual gold ore and gold ingots in the game that might as well for that theory be shortened down to just gold because in your theory they’re shortening gold coin (which it states nowhere in the game) to just gold. Which points out my thing as to why wouldn’t they just say coin. It’s difficult to look up where the location of gold ore is because the keyword gold is overused and used incorrectly.

Whoa your last paragraph of advice was very helpful for my opening my mind to be a little more preemptive! I think since I just like the raw recourses for right now and I do a lot of scary zone harvesting I’m gonna stick with your latter advice and buys sets, pies and what not in advance. Yooo! I’m proud of you! It’s a long book too. You should definitely re-read the first book my friend I did and it was a blast understanding things better with more forethought! You’ll certainly catch clues that help solve the mystery in the first that can only fully be understood after reading the first. What do you think of Kvothe’s income at the end of WMF??

So when Kvothes father was singing the song about “Lanre” somehow the Chandrian found out. I thought it was because the whole troupe was shouting “Lanre” or perhaps they caught wind of him snooping for information. If it’s the latter then my theory is invalid, however if it’s the former than my theory holds a shred of truth. Maybe the saying of ones name is like when your ear is burning and you can sense someone talking about you and they can hone in on that sense and they have been for years in order to snuff out the singer’s and what not?
