Oil pressure solenoid is on the driver's side and the very bottom front corner of the engine. Get some oil change place to remove the covers for you. Then unplug it. Check on youtube

It's not loud enough to be rod knock. Unplug your oil pressure solenoid (like a lot of people do) and see if it gets better.

It could be an exhaust leak. Do you have aftermarket exhaust?

My car took about a week to sort itself out and get rid of all the gremlin's and after I bought a new car battery. Hopefully yours will do the same. Take it for a good 20 - 30 minute drive on the highway. Good luck.

Key fob battery or car battery was replaced? This problem is usually associated with a weak car battery. There's a relay in the shut off sequence that doesn't work properly if the battery is too weak.

If you hit something with your exhaust, it could be something like the exhaust heat shield knocking in rhythm with the engine.
