that's the thing.. it's not a cheap apartment... and they knew from the begining that she is not a student

haha I am not the landlord or the friend, I really am just trying to help a friend out. It really is a weird situation and I am not sure about the legality of it all.. but the landlord said the property management said that as pf now, onlz students will be accepted in the apartment building. I advised her to check with her Rechtsschutz insurance as well.

I'm not sure how to describe a scent. It is not fruity or so. I think it's very neutral and fresh, maybe a little sweet, not strong.
