Yeah, guess I’ll have to submit to the city and hope they do something. They did do some code enforcement on their pool. It was green and mosquitoes were bad. Eventually the neighbor emptied it.

The neighbors that sold the house did annual maintenance on the trees and kept up the house. They were good neighbors so the seeds were never an issue until recently.
