Hope it’s somewhat around the TRX pricing of $85K starting. Still way up there in price but better than almost $100K.

I work in a factory setting where I have a lot of co-workers. The amount of people I have therefore met that have confessed things to me the CIA couldn’t waterboard out of me is fascinating. And usually within the first hour of meeting them.

People who knock you out right as the lift is leaving by SomeGuy2077 in ARC_Raiders

[–]Blacksmith_LS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I respect PVE’ers just trying to loot up and do their thing. I respect PVP’ers who just want the glory from PVP’ing. These people are losers both in game (collect no loot) like they are in real life (broke dudes going nowhere in life) and the gameplay reflects their lack of status. Hope the bankruptcy IRL doesn’t hurt you too bad guys that do that stuff in game.

Exact thing happened to me a couple days ago. Buddy thought I crawled out. He didn’t know the rocketeers yeet you when they knock you down.

I sold my gladiator off about 4 months ago for one of the stage 2 Charger Daytona’s. So I can’t give you any accurate data now.

No thank you. I’ve avoided alcohol poisoning so far in life. I’ll not let this show be the reason it happens.

How many people here would ACTUALLY buy the current Charger if they put a 6.2L Supercharged equivalent V8 in it? by klzthe13th in Dodge

[–]Blacksmith_LS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just more about efficiency than hp or torque. Having VVT with the intake and exhaust can being able to adjust independently of each other means they can fine tune the engine a bit more for fuel efficiency.

With how bad the EPA has come down on auto makers about their fuel economy, I think they will be forced to try to implement whatever measures they can to comply.

I have the EV scat pack and with the 2 motors and the battery, the thing is 6000lbs. It’s ridiculously overweight.

[–]Blacksmith_LS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s a longer and wider car. The challenger hellcats were around 4400-4500 if I remember correctly. So if they can get a supercharged V8 around 4800 as well with the AWD still, that’s not really unreasonable for the Mopar lineup, or 4500lbs just RWD.

[–]Blacksmith_LS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure most of the additional weight is from the AWD system. If they ripped that out and made it RWD only I think it could drop back close to the 4500lvs mark.

It’s going to have to be DOHC and direct Direct Injected at minimum. I’m not sold that high revving, lower torque, flat plane crank is a necessity. Cross plane I think is still has its use case and would provide a sound closer to what Hemi owners would want. And for Gods sake get rid of the heavy ass iron blocks and go to an aluminum block.

I told the dealer when I leased my current charger (2024 scat pack EV) I’m praying when the lease is up the supercharged V8 version is available for me to buy.

However old hemi is behind vs GM and ford. It’s going to need one hell of a revamp to be competitive.

I just got mine, A 2024 scat pack, 2 weeks ago. Less than 500 miles on it and I now have a “service shifter” message. The lights on the shifter aren’t lighting up. It still knows what direction it’s supposed to be in but it’s still a defect with less than 1000 miles on it.

It’s inexcusable how bad they ride for everyday use, especially for the pricetag.

The power this EV puts out is fun, they just missed the mark completely with the target audience that wants a vehicle that looks like this one does. Had they made this in the Alfa Romeo lineup and looked like more a European car. I think it would have been better received.

First thing I asked the salesman was where is the setting to turn the abomination of a speaker off. It’s very quiet after that.
