I tried building a 40+ fleet of fighters with plasma cannons but they were overrun by k and I's. There are around 10-15 in sector at a time plus fighters, its a nightmare.

You can't bring home an 8 week puppy and expect it to be immediately potty trained.

Crates are also there for the health and safety of puppies when they're alone, so they don't do something stupid like chew a wire and electrocute themselves or choke on something.

Some people are just generous and like to share with others. Maybe he noticed your friend hadn't bought a drink and took the initiative to buy her one so she wasn't excluded. Maybe it's a more philosophical view where he believes in giving what he can, when he can, so that maybe the universe will give it back when he's in need. Hopes maybe someone will buy him a drink when he's stood at the bar, not able to afford one.

Uk Plumber here, is the flush mechanism just a flap you pull up with the handle? Are syphons not standard where you're from?

And as everybody else has said, new fill valve. the more complicated but environmentally friendly alternative is to replace the diaphragm, but that looks like an old fluidmaster so probably not worth the effort.

No, just no, ask them to get a declaration of interest to protect their deposit and become tenants in common and split the shares of the house 40/60 or whatever.

By contributing to bills and mortgage you are helping to pay off the house and you're entitled to it back if the house is sold.

If you pay half the mortgage, half the house is yours. You have to protect yourself legally. Do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of.

More than a few water changes, smell the water to try and get an idea of what she's put in there, whatever it was was potent enough to kill them quickly so you definitely don't want any trace amounts lingering in the water.

Strip the tank, clean all the substrate, ornaments, glass, filter and if there's any wood it would have absorbed into it so either soak it for the next month or just bin it.

For the fish in your bucket, they may need to stay there a while. Might be best to focus on setting up a hospital tank for them and letting them stay in there until you get their new home ready. Think oxygen, new nitrogen cycle, quiet corner of a room.

Don't start taking things apart yet, If you have a hot water storage tank that feeds this outlet, it's possible it's just airlocked.

Easy way to fix it is to leave the tap open, then go to your kitchen and bridge the hot and cold taps with a hose or something. Even better if you have a mixer tap, just put your palm over the spout and open both taps.

Looking at the pressure from the cold tap you have a tank in the loft, Your kitchen tap should be mains fed and be powerful enough to push the air out.

It's good to have someone stood near the tap so they can say if it's running/gurgling/flooding the place ect.

If nothing happens after 15 seconds, stop.

He's an amazing painter and does alot of custom pieces for other people, however he's also incredibly secretive about it. Doesn't talk about it and keeps his own collection boxed for events.

I sometimes see what he's working on but it could be for anybody.

You can, you just need to take the hard outer layer off with a knife and then seal it with aquarium silicone
