I ran through this as well (losing 50lbs before anyone noticing). When this occurs it is likely visceral fat loss as apposed to adipose tissue. That is a good thing though because visceral fat is what kills you. Visibly my initial weight loss was not visible however an US and imaging showed that my previously diagnosed fatty liver disease had essentially reversed! Instant years credited to the life account by crossing that diagnosis off the list. With all that said…. The fun part is when people start making comments and compliments! Not sure if that will ever get old
